Doppelganger AI is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and customers. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website, doppelganger.app, and apps, and explains how we collect, use, and disclose such information.
Doppelganger AI collects photographs uploaded by its users to create AI Avatars. The Avatars are stored on our servers while the user 's account exists. The user can delete the account at any time through the app or on the website. We also collect information necessary to create and manage the user 's account
Photos uploaded by user are deleted within 24 hours after AI training is complete. AI training results are stored for a month, so you can generate more AI Avatars if you like to. We are not using your photos to train other AI models. We are not sharing AI models with third parties. They are used only by you to generate avatars on demand.
We process images you select during AI training for avatars
We store gender selection to fine tune AI model to get more femine, masculine or neutral results based on your choice
We collect device information and usage details to improve our app and website. Like frequency of use, areas and screens of the app you access.
We collect information about your in-app purchases to give you access to paid services.
In order to generate AI avatars we upload photos to private secured Cloudflare R2 (US) storage without public access and create a copy of Stable Diffusion model for you.
Your photos are used to train StableDiffusion 2.1 AI model with Dreambooth technology. They are used only for that and deleted within 24h after training. We are not sharing them with any third party or use to train other AI models.
Input photos are deleted within 24 hours. AI training results (model) is available for a month. Generated avatars are stored until you delete your account.
All data is stored in Cloudflare R2 (US)
You can access your generated avatars while your account exists. To delete your account with all data and avatars use DELETE ACCOUNT option in the app (Settings -> Account -> Tap on your account name -> Delete account).
Your face photos are used only for model training and will be deleted within 24 hours after AI training automatically. They are not available to download in the app. Photos are stored in a separate private Cloudflare R2 storage without public access. If you upload photos and choose NOT to train AI (close app or choose not to pay for AI training), they will not be used and deleted in 3 days.
Trained AI model which is used to generate avatars is stored for one month. Model is stored in a separate secured private Cloudflare R2 storage without public access. We are not allowing to download or access the trained model directly.
We are not sharing your photos and trained AI model with anyone.
General age limitation. Doppelganger AI is not intended for or directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to Use Doppelganger AI. If you are under 13, do not: (i) Use or provide any information in Doppelganger AI or through any of its features, or (ii) provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected or received any Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us (for contact information, please, see How to Contact Us Section).
Age limitation for EEA residents. Due to requirements of the GDPR, you shall be at least 16 years old in order to Use Doppelganger AI. To the extent prohibited by applicable law, we do not allow Use of Doppelganger AI by the EEA residents younger than 16 years old. If you are aware of anyone younger than 16 Using Doppelganger AI, please contact us (for contact information, please, see “How to Contact Us” Section), and we will take the required steps to delete the information provided by such persons.
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from Doppelganger AI, including the information or content contained within them. Where we have a link to a website or service, linked to or from Doppelganger AI, we encourage you to read the privacy policy stated on that website or service before providing information on or through it.

Doppelganger AI implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Doppelganger AI may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will update the Privacy Policy on our website and indicate the date of revision. Your continued use of Doppelganger AI following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy means you accept the changes.
